Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of SkyScope (“SkyScope”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using skyscope.dev, feed.skyscope.dev or the SkyScope mod (together, the “Service”), you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use SkyScope
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.
2. What SkyScope is
SkyScope shows Hypixel SkyBlock auction listings together with estimated resale prices and estimated profit. All prices, profit, liquidity and risk figures are estimates produced by software. They can be wrong. They are not financial advice, an offer, or a promise of profit. You decide what to buy or sell in the game, and you are responsible for those decisions.
SkyScope does not buy, sell, or perform any action in Minecraft for you.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your password and any mod link codes private.
- An account is for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you think it has been accessed without permission.
4. Rules for using the Service
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the feed or other SkyScope data, or build a competing service from it;
- share your access with people who do not have their own account;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or get around limits or security of the Service;
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law, the Hypixel server rules, or the Minecraft End User License Agreement.
You are responsible for following the Hypixel rules in the game. Using third-party mods, including the SkyScope mod, is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action Hypixel takes against your Minecraft account.
5. Hypixel, Minecraft and other services
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. SkyScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc. The Service depends on data made available by Hypixel. If that data changes, is limited, or stops being available, parts of the Service may stop working or change, and we are not liable for that.
6. Free and paid plans
A free plan is available to every account. We may offer paid plans with additional features. If you buy a paid plan:
- The price, billing period and included features are shown before you pay. Prices may include or add sales tax or VAT depending on where you live.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, whose terms also apply to the payment. We do not store your full card details.
- Unless the law where you live requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, except where the Service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period because of a problem on our side. To ask for a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
- If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you start using a paid plan straight away, you will be asked to agree that the service starts immediately; the amount refunded on withdrawal may then be reduced in proportion to the time already used.
- We will give at least 14 days’ notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
7. The SkyScope mod
We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the SkyScope mod with your own SkyScope account. You may not sell or redistribute it. The mod may be updated, and older versions may stop working.
8. Our content
The SkyScope software, website, estimates and design belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them except to use the Service as described here. Game data, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for abuse, or when we are required to by law. If we close a paid account without it having broken these terms, we will refund the unused part of the current billing period.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any purpose, and we do not guarantee any in-game result.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of in-game items or coins, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or 50 US dollars if you have not paid us). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service before it applies. If you keep using the Service after a change applies, you accept the updated terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of SkyScope is based. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
